Set the rules for your platform.

How it works.
- 01
Set up your organization
Add users and give each person the credentials they need to access the platform and register their devices.
- 02
Define roles and permissions
Create roles, choose which actions they allow and configure how their members join calls.
- 03
Manage your numbers
Assign numbers to people or queues and control what happens when calls go unanswered.
- 04
Use your own domain
Configure a domain you control for incoming calls addressed to your organization.
- 05
Review call activity
Filter reports by date range, view timestamps in your chosen time zone and export the results.
What's behind administration.
Fine-grained permissions
Control access to individual actions, from viewing calls to assigning roles and changing number settings.
Manage users and devices
Give each person an account and manage their device credentials separately from their platform login.
Exportable call reports
Review call duration, ring time, queue wait, direction and participants. Filter the results and export them as CSV.
Configurable data retention
Set how long call records are kept. Records older than the configured retention period are deleted automatically.
Bring your own domain
Use a domain you control for incoming calls addressed to your numbers and users.
Your platform identity
Present your own product identity in supported signaling, certificates and web responses instead of exposing the underlying software.
The hard parts, handled for you.
| The hard part | How the platform handles it |
|---|---|
| Someone edits their own profile to become an admin. | Granting a role requires its own permission, so changing a profile cannot grant administrative access. |
| A caller's phone system can tell which software you run. | The platform uses your product identity in supported signaling, certificates and web responses. |
| Reports disagree about which day a call was on. | Report dates use the selected time zone, and calls are counted by when they started. |
